Involtino din piept de pui
- 1. Cu un cutit se taie pieptul de pui pe jumatate pe lungime fara se se desprinda una de cealalta, se bate pieptul de pui cu un ciocan de snitele pana devine o masa uniforma, se condimenteaza cu sare si piper
- 2. Sunca presata si mozzarele (cascaval) se taie betisoare si se pun in centrul pieptului de pui
- 3. Dovlecelul se taie la randul lui betisoare si se aduga pe piept, morcovul se fierbe inainte de a fi adaugat avand un puct de coacere mai indelungat dupa care se adauga la randul lui pentru culoare, cu cat mai multa culoare in mancare cu atat mai mult gust.
- 4. Busuiocul se rupe si se pune si el la randul lui pentru gust. Puiul se strange se face rulou cu mare grija si se prinde in scobitori se condimenteaza cu sare piper si cimbru.
- 5. Pe un gratar incins se aduga puiul si se da fata de gratar pe fiecare parte, se introduce in cuptor la o temperatura de 200 de grade 12 minute, se serveste cald pe farfurie taiat rondele.
- 6. Pofta buna

Sex and the City - Inspired Cocktails
2 oz. SKYY Vodka0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
Drop of crème de cassis
Rim a crystallized Swarovski martini glass with crème de cassis and sugar (first dip the rim in a shallow dish filled with crème de cassis and then into a dish of sugar). Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into the martini glass. Finish the cocktail with a drop of crème de cassis on top.
1 oz. fresh lime juice
0.75 oz. Triple Sec
0.75 oz. crème de cacao
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
3 oz. 7-Up
0.25 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz. red wine
Squeeze and drop half a lemon into a cocktail shaker. Add SKYY Infusions Grape and 7-Up with ice and stir. Strain into a tall Collins glass with fresh ice and float red wine over the top of the drink.
1 oz. honey syrup
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients (to create honey syrup, combine 0.5 oz. water with 0.5 oz. honey) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Set a lemon peel twirl across the rim of the glass with a cocktail pick.
0.5 oz. Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
0.75 oz. cola
Combine SKYY Infusions Cherry Vodka, Wild Turkey Bourbon and cola in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Pour into a double rocks glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Summer Delight
200 g meringues
250 g raspberries
250 g small strawberries or wild strawberries, hulled, or red or white currants, de-stalked
300 g clotted cream or crème fraîche
200 ml thick Greek yoghurt
Strawberry leaves and flowers to decorate (optional)
Crush the meringues with some of the berries in a large bowl. Stir in the cream and the yoghurt. Place the remaining ingredients on top and stir gently before spooning into serving dishes.
Decorate if liked.

There's something fishy around here! Salmon fishy!
2. Spread the drained fennel over a shallow ovenproof dish, then add the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 10 mins. Nestle the salmon among the veg, sprinkle with lemon juice, then bake 15 mins more until the fish is just cooked. Scatter over the parsley and serve.
Preparation: 20 mins
Cooking: 25 mins

Papa bun
Si m-am tot gandit ce am putea manca sanatos, vegetarian si buuuuun! Bineinteles ca netul a fost salvarea. Am gasit 2 retete.... bine, muuulte retete... dar 2 mi-au placut in mod deosebit. Arata delicios! Ma gandesc serios sa le incerc.
Wild mushroom tartlets
Ingredients:
- 375g block all-butter puff pastry
- flour , for dusting
- 25g butter
- 300g mixed wild mushrooms or just one type, cleaned and sliced
- 25g parmesan , finely grated
- small handful parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 garlic clove , finely chopped
- 1 egg , beaten
Roll the pastry out on a floured surface and cut out 4 circles, about 15cm wide. Leave to chill on a lined baking tray in the fridge.
Heat oven to 200C. Heat a large frying pan until hot, then add the butter and fry the mushrooms for 5 mins until there is no liquid left in the pan. Season, then take off the heat and mix mushrooms with the parmesan, parsley and garlic.
Score a 1cm border around the edge of each tart, then spoon the mushrooms into the centre circle. Brush the edge with beaten egg, then bake the tarts for 20 mins until puffed up and golden. Serve immediately.
Linguine with cherry tomatoes & goat cheese
Ingredients:
- 200g linguine
- 250g cherry tomatoes , halved
- a decent handful green olives
- 1 tbsp capers, rinsed
- 1 pack basil , roughly chopped
- ½ log/pack of goat cheese , about 50g
Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, tip the tomatoes, olives, capers and basil into a bowl and season well. Tip in the pasta and toss to combine. Add the goat's cheese in blobs and toss once.
