New Year's Eve 2012

Well, it's 2012! I start every year thinking and hoping to have an even better new year and so far it has happened so once again, here I am hoping that 2012 brings even better things.

My New Year's Eve Party was awesome! Great friends, wonderful location (Fratelli Club), great music, delicious cocktails... just perfect! It's not much to say about parties in general. You all know how they start and almost remember how they end, late in the morning, exhausted but euphoric. 

I hope you had a great time stepping into the future and I wish you all have an amazing start of the year!

Lanvin Fall - shake it mama!

A little black dress with a ruffled collar accessorized with scads of pearls was cut in a stretchy scuba fabric (a callback to September), and everything from a gray rib-knit sweater (worn with an ivory washed silk floor-length skirt) to a tailored jacket (the top half of a 1950's wool flannel skirtsuit) came oversized and easy.
