 Sienna Miller grew out her fringe (a temporary misstep last spring) in favor of a a simple, angled cut. The layers, blunt ends, fresh color and long-but-not-too-long length will still look fresh in 2011.

Jessica Alba opted for a new look while promoting her film Machete at the Venice Film Festival: a long bob (or "lob") with auburn highlights. The length looks modern, especially with blunt ends.

When Emma Watson finished filming the Harry Potter series, one of the first things she did was trade in Hermione's mane for a pixie cut. She debuted the new style on her Facebook page, writing, "Feels incredible. I love it."

Petite beauty Michelle Williams went short — and platinum — for Cannes. She maintained the style over the summer and hit a fashion high note at the Venice Film Festival.

After years of short (and sometimes too short) hair, Katie Holmes has gone long, shiny, and side-swept. Though she'll be wearing it slightly shorter to play Jackie in the upcoming History Channel miniseries The Kennedys, this look is equally classy — and classic.

Sienna Miller has always been one of my main sources of style inspiration. I love her bohemian look on the street or at music festivals, but she's also great at red carpets and elegant events.

She used to be the best it-girl (if that exists) a couple of years ago, when she starred in "Factory Girl" as Edie Sedgwick, dated (and un-dated) Jude Law, and wore wayfarers everywhere. Her style has evolved, maybe we don't see her as often as we used to, but she's still one of the best dressed celebrities, in my opinion.
